Please allow for a size variation of up to ±5%, and up to ±10% for handmade rugs, folded rug collections, or custom-made items.

Our product images are photographed in professional Melbourne studios using controlled lighting conditions designed to reflect Australian home lighting as accurately as possible. We aim to show each rug’s true colour, texture, and finish with care. However, colours may still appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, device display, room lighting, and the natural variation of materials.

As each handmade rug is unique, minor differences in texture, tone, pattern, weave, or finish should be expected and are part of the natural character of the product.
